LIVING ROOM
Moss Project Co. created a custom 7-foot arch window to further draw in the natural light. The space combines original architectural details, including a vintage chandelier and small stained-glass windows, with bright, modern updates. The fireplace was reimagined and updated with an electric fireplace surrounded by Azul tiles from Oakland-based Art Tile and hexagon-style tiles from Fireclay for the hearth. The wonderful mix of lines and curves is layered into this space’s architecture and furnishings. The result is a place of balance and beauty.
STUDIO SPACE
Moss Project Co. oversaw the renovation of the former outdoor shed, transforming it into a light-filled studio. The space was fully renovated, including new insulation and drywall, eco-friendly bamboo floors, a larger window and all-glass door, and a modern dark exterior.
THE OUTDOORS
Moss Project partnered with a local landscape architecture studio to transform the backyard into a modern, lush space with various trees and drought-tolerant plants. Moss Project sourced the outdoor furnishings, including a teak wood table, aluminum bench, and other seating to create multiple gathering spaces.
GUEST BATHROOM
Moss Project Co. made light updates to the guest bathroom by adding an animal-flora wallpaper, bright white interior paint, and other accessories and greenery.
